006.06.21 Ark. Code R. 006 - Thoroughbred Rule 2440 Claiming
2440. Title to a claimed horse shall be
vested in the successful claimant at the time the horse becomes a starter,
unless the claim is voided by the Stewards or revoked by or on behalf of the
claimant in accordance with these Rules. A horse is a starter when the stall
doors of the starting gate open in front of it at the time the starter
dispatches the horses.
