Code R. 028 - FSC 00-02: Food Stamp Application (DCO -220) - Statement added to the application to advise food stamp applicants that failure to declare of (if requested) to verify deductible expenses will be seen by the agency as a statement that the household does not want to receive a deduction for this expense.
