Board Ruling 8-8-91 - Qualifications of Executive Secretary and Inspector

1. No person shall be employed by the Board in the position of Executive Secretary unless such person has been

(a). primarily engaged in the active practice of barbering for at least five (5) years, or;

(b). employed as a full-time Investigator for the Board for at least two (2) years; immediately prior to assuming the position of Executive Secretary.

2. No person shall be employed as an inspector for the Board unless such person has been primarily engaged in the. active practice of barbering for at least two (2) Years immediately prior to assuming the position of Inspect
