Permanent Rule
As authorized by Act 593 of 1987, as amended, the Commission proposes to delay until December 31,1994 the requirement of Section VI. A(2) of the Commission's Procedures regarding the implementation of a Permit of Approval for Residential Care Facilities (RCF) only. This required parties with signed construction contracts to complete the RCF's foundation by May 4, 1994.
