AMEND REGULATION 41 TO ADD # 12
41.12. Applications for pharmacy permits
other than annual renewal of existing permits, will be considered by the Board
the second Tuesday of February, the second Tuesday of June and the second
Tuesday of October of each year, and applications to be considered must be
received in the Board of Pharmacy at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled
meeting. A representative of ownership shall appear before the Board when the
permit application is heard.
