ADMINISTRATIVE RULES PERTAINING TO THE LICENSING OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION CONTRACTORS

SECTION XXIII. THE INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE

(1) The Board hereby adopts and incorporates herein the International Mechanical Code, 2021 edition of the International Code Council, Inc., commonly referred to as the ICC.

(2) The International Mechanical Code, 2021 shall be the standard for the conduct of HVACR work.

(3) Copies of these standards incorporated by reference can be viewed in the offices of the HVACR Licensing Board or can be ordered by contacting the following:

SECTION XXIV. SEVERABILITY

If any provisions of these rules, or the application thereof to any person, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of these rules which can give effect without the invalid provisions of applications, and to this end the provisions hereto are declared to be severable.

SECTION XXV. REPEAL

All rules and parts of rules in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
