Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3236 - Attendance at Group Activities

Attendance at a group's activities by incarcerated persons who are not members, by members who are not incarcerated persons, or by guests or spectators may be permitted if requested by the group's employee sponsor and approved by the institution head or designee. The number of such persons permitted to attend may be restricted for security reasons or if facility resources cannot accommodate the additional attendance.
