Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 14327 - Reasonable Accommodations
It unlawful for a covered entity to fail or refuse to provide a reasonable accommodation as needed to afford an individual with a disability a full and equal opportunity to use or enjoy programs or activities. Upon receiving a request for a reasonable accommodation, covered entities shall engage in a good faith interactive process to determine an effective reasonable accommodation.
