Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 1859.161 - Preliminary Charter School Application Submittals

An applicant seeking a Preliminary Charter School Apportionment shall complete and submit a Form SAB 50-09 during a period of 120 calendar days beginning 180 calendar days after an election authorizing additional funding.

The Board may establish additional application filing periods as needed.
