Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 20, § 1663 - Terms for Loan Payment

In approving a loan, the Enemy Commission shall specify the interest rate, consistent with subdivision (f) of section 3822 of the Public Resources Code, and shall specify the repayment term, the principal, and the number of installments.
