Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 79217 - Interdisciplinary Treatment Team
(a) The interdisciplinary treatment team
shall be composed of those persons who work directly with the patient in each
of the disciplines or service areas that provide service to the patient,
including the medical director, or in the absence of the medical director, the
alternate physician, members of the professional staff, the patient's attending
physician and any other persons whose participation is relevant to the
treatment and care of the patient.
(b) The interdisciplinary treatment team
shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the patient's
individual recovery plan in consultation with the patient, members of the
patient's family and/or significant others unless their participation has been
determined to be inappropriate by the medical director, or in the absence of
the medical director, the alternate physician.
