6 CCR 1007-1-17.14 - Preliminary Determinations

Before the first use of any packaging for the shipment of radioactive material the licensee shall ascertain that the determinations in paragraphs (a) through (c) of 10 CFR Part 71.85 have been made by the certificate holder.
