7.1.0 Seed potatoes granted an exemption pursuant to ยง
35-27.3-105(3), C.R.S., may not be planted unless a 200 tuber sample from the lot is submitted for testing to the certifying authority or its designee or unless the lot has been previously tested by the certifying authority during the relevant exemption year as part of the certifying authority's seed potato certification program.
7.1.1 The lot must be free from Bacterial Ring Rot (Clavibacter
michiganensis subsp. Sepedonicus) and Late Blight (Phytophthora infestans).
