Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17a-126-8 - Medical benefits
(a) Any medical
benefits which are being provided prior to the granting of a subsidized
guardianship in accordance with the fee schedule and payment procedures under
the State Medicaid program as administered by the Department of Social Services
shall continue as long as the child qualifies under the subsidized guardianship
program, unless the child is otherwise covered under private health
insurance.
(b) No child shall be
eligible for medical benefits provided by sections
17a-126-1
through
17a-126-23,
inclusive, of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies if the child has
private health insurance.
