18 Del. Admin. Code § 1403-1.0 - Purpose and Statutory Authority
1.1 The purpose of this Regulation is to implement 18 Del.C. Ch. 64, as amended effective July 6, 2006, which transferred regulatory authority over Managed Care Organizations from the Department of Health and Social Services to the Department of Insurance. This Regulation is promulgated pursuant to 18 Del.C. §
6408 and 29 Del.C. Ch. 101.
