18 Del. Admin. Code § 1901-5.0 - Applicability
5.1 This Regulation applies to those lines of insurance subject to regulatory jurisdiction under 18 Del.C. §
2502(a). This Regulation does not apply to surplus lines insurance. The terms of Insurance Department Bulletin 79-1 do not apply to this Regulation.
