18 Del. Admin. Code § 606-7.0 - Violations and Penalties
7.1 If an insurer violates any of the provisions of this regulation, the Commissioner shall give written notice to the insurer of the violation and the notice shall inform the insurer of the right to request a hearing pursuant to 18 Del.C. §
323.
7.2 If the Commissioner determines that an insurer is in violation by consent or after a hearing, the Commissioner may impose penalties as permitted pursuant to the Insurance Code.
