8.1 If any of the provisions of 19 Del.C.
§
708, 11Del.C.
§
8563, 11Del.C.
§
8564, or these Regulations, or any portion thereof or the application or method of implementation is held invalid, the remainder of the laws and these Regulations shall not be affected by such holding and shall remain in full force and effect.
