24 Del. Admin. Code § 3500-12.0 - Complaint Procedures
12.1 Complaints against psychologists and psychological assistants will be investigated as provided by 29 Del.C.
§ 8807 and all hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del.C. Ch. 101.
12.2 Complaints must be filed, in writing, with the Division of Professional Regulation.
