3 Del. Admin. Code § 303-2.0 - Applicability
2.1 This regulation
shall be known as the "State of Delaware Raw Milk Regulations".
2.2 The Department may grant a variance by
modifying or waiving the requirements of this regulation if, in the opinion of
the Department, a health hazard or nuisance will not result from the
variance.
