3 Del. Admin. Code § 303-8.0 - Sanitation
8.1 A permit holder
shall maintain and operate the subject dairy operation in compliance with the
same sanitation and handling standards that are applicable to the production of
milk for pasteurization as set forth in 16 DE Admin. Code 4461 State of
Delaware Milk Code.
8.2 The
provisions of 16 DE Admin. Code 4461 State of Delaware Milk Code are
incorporated by reference, to the extent they do not conflict with this
regulation.
