3 Del. Admin. Code § 601-15.0 - Financial Security Required Of Licensee
An applicant for certification in this category shall file evidence of financial security in the minimum amount of $300,000 for bodily injury or death for each occurrence and $100,000 for property damage resulting from the use or misuse of pesticides.
