5 Del. Admin. Code § 703-1.0
Any application made to the State Bank Commissioner pursuant to § 725 of Title 5, Delaware Code, shall be in the form appended hereto, shall be accompanied by any documents called for by such form as well as by a copy of the Articles of Association of the Proposed Subsidiary Bank and shall be accompanied by a non-refundable investigation fee of One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars. (5 Del.C. § 735).
