The provisions of Subpart Db - Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources, Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Steam Generating Units, of Part 60, Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as published in the Federal Register on November 25, 1986, are hereby adopted by reference.
