7 Del. Admin. Code § 3100-12.0 - Anchoring and Obstructing Navigation

12.1 Applicability.
This regulation applies to all vessels or other objects used or placed on the waters of this State.
12.2 Anchoring.
12.2.1 No person shall anchor a vessel or
other object in a navigable channel or allow any equipment from an anchored
vessel to extend into the channel and subsequently interfere with the passage
of any other vessel.
12.2.2 No
person shall anchor a vessel in such a manner as to obstruct or otherwise
obscure navigation aids.
12.2.3 No
person shall anchor a vessel or allow any equipment from an anchored vessel to
obstruct or otherwise interfere with the passage of any other vessel near:
12.2.3.1 A boat launching facility;
12.2.3.2 A marina entrance;
12.2.3.3 The entrance to any canal or
waterway;
12.2.3.4 A permanent
mooring facility; or
12.2.3.5 A
vessel docking facility.
12.2.4 No person shall place any item or
equipment in a navigable channel so as to obstruct or otherwise impede or
interfere with the passage of a vessel.
