7 Del. Admin. Code § 3200-13.0 - Collecting Horseshoe Crabs At Night, Prohibited
(Penalty Section 7 Del.C. § 2705(b))
It shall be unlawful for any person with a valid commercial eel fishing license to collect horseshoe crabs between sunset and sunrise.
