7 Del. Admin. Code § 7102-12.0 - Public hearings
Public hearings shall be governed by the provisions of 7 Del. C. § 6006 and by the Delaware Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del. C. Ch.101 and by any amending or superseding legislation. A public hearing shall be held on any application if the Secretary deems significant public interest exists to do so.
