Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 12D-9.006 - Clerk of the Value Adjustment Board
(1)
The clerk of the governing body of the county shall be the clerk of the value
adjustment board.
(2) The board
clerk may delegate the day to day responsibilities for the board to a member of
his or her staff, but is ultimately responsible for the operation of the
board.
