Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 15A-1.012 - Driver License Examinations: Scoring
An applicant shall fail an examination for any of the following:
(1) Written examinations -
failing to correctly answer at least eighty percent of questions.
(2) Cheating is the unauthorized use of any
material, devices, or communications. To do so will result in immediate
failure.
