Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 15A-1.015 - Driving Ability, Demonstration: Scoring Criteria
(1) Any applicant who scores 31 or more
penalty points on the Class E driving exam will not qualify for a driver

and herein incorporated by reference).
(2) Termination of a test, will also occur in
the event of a crash, dangerous driving action, traffic law violation, lack of
cooperation or refusal to follow directions on the part of the
applicant.
(3) Applicants who fail
to pass the driving test portion within five (5) attempts within a one year
period shall have driving privileges suspended for one (1) year as incompetent
to drive a motor vehicle safely.
