Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 19A-4.009 - Reduction of Amount Requested

In the event, and only in the event, that an Agency is notified by the Division that the amount of private activity bonds proposed to be issued by the Agency as indicated in its Notice exceeds the amount of allocation then available for confirmation, the Agency may, by written request, reduce the amount of allocation requested. Such request shall be signed by the Agency official who signed the Notice, or by the person who prepared the Notice. Upon receipt of the original of such written request, the Notice will be processed by the Division as if it had been received concurrently with such written request.
