Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 19A-4.010 - Fees

(1) The fee imposed by Section 159.811(1), F.S., shall accompany every Notice, including a Supplementary Notice.
(2) Once the fee imposed by Section 159.811(1), F.S., has been deposited in the Revenue Bond Fee Revolving Trust Fund, it shall be nonrefundable.
