Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 20-13.021 - Autumn Honey: Classification and Standards
(1) Classification: The market classification
of the citrus hybrid "Autumn Honey, " shall be "Tangerine, " or
"Mandarin."
(2) Identification:
(a) The proper identification shall be either
"Autumn Honey, " "Autumn Honey Tangerine, " "Tangerine, " "Autumn Honey
Mandarin, " or "Mandarin" and one such name shall be used whenever this fruit
is identified.
(b) In order to be
marketed as "Autumn Honey Mandarin" or "Mandarin" the fruit must meet the
requirements set forth in Rule
20-13.0042, F.A.C.
(c) In order to be marketed as seedless or
low-seeded the fruit must meet the definitions set forth in Rule
20-13.0041,
F.A.C.
(3) Standards: The
standards as set forth in Chapters 20-55 and 20-56, F.A.C. shall be applicable
to this fruit.
