Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 20-42.003 - Different Grade
(1) Brands or
trademarks registered to represent a specific grade shall not be used on any
fruit of a lower grade, but may be used on containers of fruit of a higher
grade.
(2) Regardless of
registration, when citrus fruit is designated and certified under a coloration
classification of a given grade, the coloration classification such as "Bright,
" "Golden, " "Bronze," or "Russett," must be stamped in a conspicuous manner on
each container in the same location as the brand or trademark, or in the case
of bags, on the bag insert or the tag attached to the bag.
