Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 28-26.004 - Administration
(1) All land-development regulations adopted
pursuant to these guidelines should be administered by the local
government.
(2) To the extent
possible, local regulations, as required by Section 380.05(5), F.S., should be
performance oriented, and should differentiate between the natural development
suitability of the wetlands, flatwoods and uplands.
