Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 32-1.014 - Authority Members and Employees - Ethical Matters

(1) Authority members and Authority employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 112.313, Florida Statutes, with regard to standards of conduct for public officers and employees.
(2) Authority members and employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 112.3135, Florida Statutes, restricting the employment of relatives.
(3) Each Authority member shall file a Statement of Financial Interest as required by Section 112.3145, Florida Statutes.
