Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 34-12.660 - Records Retention and Inspection
(1) Each
lobbyist, each lobbying firm, and each principal shall preserve for a period of
4 years all accounts, bills, receipts, computer records, books, papers, and
other documents and records necessary to substantiate lobbying
compensation.
(2) Any documents and
records retained pursuant to Section
112.3215, F.S., may be
subpoenaed for audit by the Legislative Auditing Committee pursuant to Section
11.40, F.S., and such subpoena
may be enforced in circuit court.
