Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 34-13.270 - Reporting Individual Defined
(1) A
"reporting individual" means any individual who is required by law to file
either full or limited disclosure of his financial interest. The Commission has
promulgated CE Form 1, Statement of Financial Interests, for use in making the
disclosures required by Section
112.3145, F.S., and CE Form 6,
Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests, for use in making the
disclosures required under Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution. Lists
of persons required to file each form can be found on each form.
(2) For purposes of Section
112.3148, F.S., the "agency" of
a candidate, upon qualifying, is:
(a) The
agency to which the individual seeks election if the candidate is not already a
public officer or employee.
(b) The
agency to which the individual was elected to serve, whether or not the
individual has formally taken office.
