Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 34-13.630 - Prohibition Against Providing Honoraria and Honoraria Event Related Expenses
(1) The
following persons or entities are prohibited from providing an honorarium to a
reporting individual or procurement employee:
(a) A political committee;
(b) A vendor doing business with the
individual's or employee's agency;
(c) A lobbyist who lobbies the agency of the
reporting individual or procurement employee; or
(d) The employer, principal, partner, or firm
of a lobbyist.
(2) A
political committee is prohibited from providing expenses related to an
honorarium event to a reporting individual or procurement employee, unless such
expenses are primarily related to contributions, expenditures, or other
political activities authorized pursuant to Chapter 106,
F.S.
