Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40E-41.121 - Definitions
When used in this Part:
(1) "Pre-project" means the hydrologic
conditions which existed prior to the construction of the canal known as
C-38.
(2) "Floodplain" means that
area depicted on Figure 41-3, Plates 1 through 5, (August 2016) [http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07151],
incorporated by reference herein, and available at no cost by contacting the
