Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40E-6.031 - Implementation
(1) The effective date for the program
established in this chapter is August 12, 2013.
(2) All permits issued prior to the effective
date of these rules shall remain in effect, except as provided
herein.
(3) All applications, and
permit application processing fees, for permits received by the District prior
to the effective date of these rules shall be processed using the criteria set
forth in Criteria Manual for Use or Occupancy of the Works or lands of the
District - Permit Information Manual, adopted August 12, 2013.
(4) All applications, and permit application
processing fees, received by the District on or after the effective date of
these rules shall be subject to the provisions of these rules and the criteria
adopted pursuant to these rules as set forth in Rule
40E-6.091,
