Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 42-2.015 - Briefs for Petitions for Review Pursuant to Rule 42-2.013, F.A.C
(1) Within 15 days of filing a sufficient
request for review pursuant to Rule 42-2.013, F.A.C., the person requesting
review shall file a main brief in support of the review, together with a
request for oral argument, if desired. At the same time, the Department or
person requesting review shall, pursuant to Rule 42-2.014, F.A.C., designate
any part of the record it deems pertinent. Both the original brief and the
designation of the record shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commission,
with a copy of the brief and the designation of the record served in accordance
with Rule 42-2.019, F.A.C.
(2)
Answer briefs shall be filed and served within 15 days of the service of the
main brief along with the designation of any additional record deemed
necessary, and a request for oral argument, if desired. No additional briefs
may be filed.
(3) Briefs shall not
exceed 50 pages and shall be prepared in substantial conformity to the style
and content requirements set forth in Rule 9.210, Florida Rules of Appellate
Procedure.
