The boundaries of the district are those set forth in Exhibit "6" dated July 2013 and entered into the record during the August 14, 2013, administrative hearing conducted by the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). The total Village Community Development District No. 10 area = 1, 588.8 acres, more or less.
