Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 49B-1.0131 - Public Information and Inspection and Copying of Records

(1) Requests for information, disclosure of public records, or copies of public records shall be directed to the General Manager of Tampa Bay Water at the following address:

(2) Tampa Bay Water will charge $0.15 per page for standard legal or letter size copies and $0.20 per page for two-sided copies. If special equipment, paper, materials, or services are required for reproduction of requested copies, Tampa Bay Water shall charge the estimated actual cost of making the copies.

(3) In addition to the actual cost of materials and supplies, a special service charge will be assessed for providing information or documents when the nature or volume of the records requested requires extensive clerical or supervisory assistance by Tampa Bay Water personnel. For the purposes of this rule, "extensive" means that it will take more than fifteen (15) minutes to locate, review for confidential or exempt information, copy, and refile the requested material. The special service charge will be computed to the nearest quarter of an hour exceeding fifteen (15) minutes based on the current rate of pay for the pay grade of the person who performed the service and will be assessed when appropriate regardless of the number of individual copies made. Tampa Bay Water shall also charge for the cost of mailing the requested records or copies including the cost of the envelope or container and the postal service or other delivery charge.

(4) Payment of costs assessed in subsections (2) and (3), above, must be received before copies will be provided.
