Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 53ER25-24 - Retailer Bonus Commission Promotion - Powerball[®] - Florida Lotto[®] - Fantasy 5[®] - Jackpot Triple Play[TM]
(1) Promotion
Period. From May 5 - June 1, 2025, dates inclusive, or until the aggregate sum
of $800,000.00 has been allotted to Retailers for Eligible sales, whichever
occurs first, the Florida Lottery will award its retailers an additional
commission for the sale of Eligible draw game tickets having Add-On options as
part of a ticket sale (hereafter "Promotion Period").
(2) Eligible Tickets. Eligible tickets are
POWERBALL with Double Play® and/or Power Play®, FLORIDA LOTTO® with
Double Play® and/or EZmatchTM, JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY with ComboTM, FANTASY
5® with EZmatchTM. Base game alone and QuickTicketTM sales are not
eligible.
(3) Bonus Commission.
Retailers will receive a twelve percent (12%) commission on the price of the
Add-On options of Eligible tickets purchased by players. The Bonus Commission
does not apply to the base game portion of Eligible ticket sales, which remains
at six percent (6%).
(4) Bonus
Commissions will be awarded until either the Promotion Period end date, June 1,
2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, or until the aggregate sum of $800,000.00 has been
allotted, whichever occurs first.
