Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 58C-1.002 - Eligibility
To be eligible for Community Care for the Elderly services, a person must be:
(1) Age 60 or over;
and,
(2) Functionally impaired
pursuant to Section 430.203(7),
F.S., as determined by an initial comprehensive assessment and at least an
annual reassessment using the form incorporated by reference in paragraph
58A-1.010(1)(b),
