Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 58H-1.007 - Dwelling Requirements
(1) The
dwelling must comply with safety, fire, and sanitation standards as described
in the case management agency's contract with the area agency on
aging.
(2) When a home is
determined not to meet the standards set forth for the Home Care for the
Elderly program, the applicant must be notified in
writing.
