Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.052 - Behavioral Health Therapy Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid behavioral health therapy services to recipients.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Behavioral Health Therapy Services Coverage Policy, November 2019, incorporated by reference.
