Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.110 - Hearing Services

(1) This rule applies to any person or entity prescribing or reviewing a request for hearing services and to all providers of hearing services who are enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.

(2) All persons or entities described in subsection (1), must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Hearing Services Coverage Policy, June 2016, incorporated by reference.
