Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.170 - Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities services to recipients.

(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Services Coverage Policy, January 2023, incorporated by reference. (3) The Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) Utilization Review (UR) Plan, AHCA Form 5000-3009, July 2016, is incorporated by reference. (4) This rule is in effect for five years from its effective date.
